Modified 4 vs 4 Culminary Game
Tactical Problem:  hit ball to open spaces, hit ball deep into opponents court
Skill development:  using and understanding that the volley increases the accuracy and precision of ball placement
Rules:
  • throw ball over net to start point
  • use beach ball
  • must hit 3 times before ball goes over the net
  • must use two hands when contacting ball
Cues:
  • stay low
  • push off outside leg to position self to hit ball
  • turn in direction of target
  • extension of legs for power and height on ball
Extensions:
  • make court larger
  • impliment actual volleyball
Simplify:
  • change style of game to co-op, how many times as a group ball can consecutively go over net
